Payment Policy
Payment is required at time of order.

Guarantee & Return Policy
At BB Dropshipping, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. You and your customers’ satisfaction are very important to us.

Most of our products are perishable and therefore cannot be returned and will only be replaced/refunded if they arrive damaged thru the shipping process.

Non-perishable items can be returned at your expense after contacting us and obtaining an RA (return authorization) number. You must notify BB Dropshipping within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). The non-perishable approved item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery along with the RA #, in the original packaging and unopened. Unauthorized returns, refused shipments or non-delivered packages will be discarded and no refunds will be issued. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Any returns using our UPS account will be charged to your card. Please have your customer return the package at their expense to avoid this additional fee. No exceptions.

Pricing Policy
We display both your price and the SRP (Suggested Retail Price) on every gift/item. When checking out within our store you will always be billed YOUR COST of the product; therefore no coupon or discount is needed as it is already applied. Resellers may determine their own selling prices on gifts.

Sales Tax Policy
BB Dropshipping does not require a Resale Certificate or Sales Tax License to become a member. Therefore any sales delivered within the State of Colorado will incur sales tax. BB Dropshipping will be responsible for collecting and remitting all taxes due. For tax free orders shipping to Colorado, please email a copy of your Resale Certificate at time of order otherwise sales tax will be collected.

Hospital & Hotel Deliveries Policy
Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are NOT RECOMMENDED. Since their deliveries normally go to a general receiving department and then get routed to the recipient’s room, we do not guarantee these deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given should you decide to ship to these types of locations. Therefore if you place your order with a hospital or hotel delivery address, we will assume you have taken all this into account. Instead of a hospital delivery, we highly recommend that you ship to either a nearby family member if possible or to the patient’s home address.

Cancellation Policy
We are unable to accept cancellations of orders as we begin processing them immediately upon receipt.

Substitution Policy
BB Dropshipping will design, fulfill and ship orders placed on our website ordering system as ordered by the Reseller. We will make every effort to fill each order as outlined in the contents listing. In the event that our supply has diminished, we reserve the right to substitute that product(s) with a like product of equal or greater value. No notice will be sent and no financial adjustments will be made due to substitution(s).

During the hot summer months all chocolate and melting items will be substituted with non-melting items.

Damage Policy
Damage Claims are limited to $100.00. Additional insurance can be purchased and must be noted on the order when placed. Your bill will be adjusted manually to include this charge. Keep in mind, we are held to the rules and guidelines set forth by the carrier.

Should a package be damaged in shipping, your customer must retain all packaging as it may be required by the carrier and/or BB Dropshipping for verification of damages. If your customer disposes of the packaging prior to inspection or if they cannot provide photo proof (if requested), no refund or replacement will be honored. You must notify BB Dropshipping of package damage within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one).

BB Dropshipping will initiate a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved and paid by the carrier, we will reimburse you the amount you paid BB Dropshipping including original shipping costs. Normal processing time is 4 – 6 weeks.

BB Dropshipping will not automatically send you a new product for replacement as it is not our policy. If you wish to reorder this gift it will be necessary to do that by placing your order online and issuing payment for the replacement gift at that time.

Chocolate Policy
For clarification purposes, melted chocolate is not considered damaged product.

Chocolate will melt in the heat and will not be guaranteed, replaced or refunded and is not considered "damaged". All chocolate gifts and candy bouquets will ship as ordered. We highly suggest when ordering these gifts that you follow our summer shipping recommendations. Small chocolate pieces found inside other gifts will be substituted during the warmer summer months (April - September). It is up to you to decide if you want to offer chocolate gifts/bouquets during the warmer months.

Large Orders Policy
